Women Donors Network (WDN) is a national nonprofit founded in 2002 that convenes a network of women donors to advance social justice and progressive change through collective philanthropy, donor organizing and advocacy. It works alongside its 501(c)(4) affiliate, Women Donors Action (WDA). The network includes nearly 300 members across 37 U.S. states, and WDN and WDA have together mobilised more than $100 million in collective funding to progressive movements.

Its practice spans collective and trust-based philanthropy, grantmaking, donor organizing, advocacy and movement building, and the development of members' skills as organizers and advocates. Grantmaking decisions centre those most impacted by injustice, and the community is described as multigenerational and multiracial. WDN states its focus is on women claiming agency over their resources.

Current initiatives include the ABC Fund, which concentrates on abortion access; the Woven Futures Fund, supporting Palestinian rights; and the Jean Hardisty Initiative, supporting Black-led movements. The organisation's stated issue areas include gender, racial, economic and climate justice, reproductive rights and Palestinian rights.
