NTI@Home is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that connects Americans with disabilities and their caregivers to legitimate, rewarding remote work. Founded in 1995 and operating across the United States, it focuses on work-at-home positions, primarily in call center and customer service roles, including placements for disabled veterans.

The organisation is an authorised Social Security Administration Employment Network under the Ticket to Work Program. Through this status it links individuals with disabilities to remote employment opportunities while providing workforce development services built around individual needs.

Support is delivered in several stages: self-paced and individualized training to build and maintain skills, comprehensive career counseling, job placement assistance, and ongoing guidance to help candidates remain ready for the next opportunity. Services extend to caregivers as well as to the individuals placed.

NTI@Home also works with employers, helping businesses build stronger, more stable workforces through its pool of trained candidates. The emphasis throughout is on economic empowerment, equal access to employment, and individualized, candidate-centered support.
