LOVB runs the largest junior volleyball club community in the US and a professional women's volleyball league, supporting athletes from youth play to pro careers.
League One Volleyball (LOVB) operates the largest junior volleyball club community in the United States alongside a professional women's volleyball league, LOVB Pro. Founded in 2020, the organisation supports athletes from their earliest contact with a volleyball through to professional careers. Its junior network comprises more than 90 clubs across over 105 locations, serving more than 27,500 players and employing over 3,800 coaches.
LOVB Pro was built community-up from the grassroots junior club foundation. The league is led by professional players including Olympic medalists and NCAA champions. The company works across three connected areas: youth sports, women's professional sports, and sports education and athlete development. All operations are based in the United States.
LOVB describes athletes as central to every decision and frames its mission around creating better life outcomes for women through volleyball. Its stated culture emphasises empowerment, community orientation and a grassroots approach to development. The company strongly encourages people of colour, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, parents and individuals with disabilities to apply, and values diverse perspectives within the volleyball community.
