HomeSafe is a nationally accredited nonprofit founded in 1979 that provides prevention and intervention services to survivors of child abuse and domestic violence in South Florida. The organisation works with infants, children, young adults and families across Palm Beach County and Southeast Florida, and describes itself as a leading provider of such services in the region. It reports serving more than 14,000 individuals a year over more than 47 years of operation.

Its activities span a continuum of care, from early childhood social-emotional development through to support for young adults leaving care. Programmes include the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency, an entry agency serving infants, children and families; Growing Smart; Early Childhood Social-Emotional Supports; and Pond Place Independent Living. SafetyNet Domestic Violence Services covers prevention and intervention for survivors of domestic violence. The organisation's stated approach is trauma-informed across these services.

HomeSafe also operates Specialized Therapeutic Group Care Homes, one of only five specialised residential therapy homes in Florida and the only one in Southeast Florida; these homes care for 50 percent of all children served by the five organisations. The work is centred on Lake Worth, Florida, and the wider South Florida area.
