Frontier Behavioral Health

Frontier Behavioral Health is a nonprofit Trauma-Informed Care organisation providing behavioural healthcare and related services to people of all ages. The organisation was formed in 2011 through the merger of two providers, though its presence in the Spokane community stretches back more than 100 years. It operates from more than 10 locations across Spokane, Washington, and is described as one of Washington state's leading community mental health providers.

Its services span outpatient programmes for adults, youth and seniors; inpatient care for a wide range of behavioural health issues; and crisis response for behavioural health emergencies. Community outreach extends access beyond clinical settings, while partnerships with schools and law enforcement place behavioural health services in non-clinical environments. Treatment is evidence-based and delivered with an emphasis on clinically and culturally appropriate care.

As a mission-driven nonprofit, Frontier Behavioral Health states a belief in recovery and in clients' ability to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives, with a focus on making care accessible and convenient within the community.
