EAH Housing is a nonprofit corporation that develops, manages, and promotes quality affordable housing. Founded in 1968 and headquartered in San Rafael, California, it is one of the largest nonprofit housing development and management organisations in the western United States, employing some 700 staff.

The organisation's work falls into three areas. It develops low-income multifamily housing for low-income families, older adults, persons with disabilities, veterans, students and transitional age youth. It manages affordable housing properties across California and Hawai'i - more than 222 of them. And it takes a leadership role in local, regional and national housing advocacy.

By its own figures, EAH Housing serves over 25,000 residents across more than 13,000 housing units, working with 87 municipalities in 23 counties. Its stated mission is to expand the range of opportunities for all, with a vision of balanced communities comprising people of many income levels, abilities, backgrounds and cultures, alongside a stated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Its operations are concentrated in California and Hawai'i; no positions in Florida are listed.
