The organisation's principal service is its 24/7 Community Helpline and Crisis Hotline, a free and confidential line open every day of the year, offering suicide prevention, crisis intervention, information, assessment and referral to people of all ages. The organisation also serves as the frontline responder for the national 988 Lifeline, supporting suicide prevention awareness and crisis response throughout the region.
