MiracleFeet is an international non-profit founded in 2010 that works to ensure children born with clubfoot can access treatment, regardless of where they are born. Clubfoot affects roughly 175,000 babies worldwide each year, and nearly 80% of those children never receive the care they need. The organisation treats the condition using the Ponseti method, a non-surgical approach involving a series of plaster casts followed by bracing, delivered through supported clinics and reported to achieve a 95% success rate at an average cost of $500 per child. More than 116,000 children have been treated to date across 37 countries.

Beyond direct treatment, MiracleFeet runs a clinic support programme that provides organisational, technical and financial assistance to local clinics, including training healthcare workers and supplying treatment materials. A further strand of its work is the integration of clubfoot care into national health systems, pursued in partnership with local healthcare providers and governments. The stated aim is lifelong: mobility, school attendance and full participation in the community.

The organisation directs 80% of its resources to programmes and services, and its record on transparency and impact has been recognised by Charity Navigator, CharityWatch and GuideStar. Its operating model is collaborative and mission-driven, with a focus on equitable access and sustainable, locally embedded care.
