CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services is a 501(c)(3) non-profit human resources organization that partners with intermediate units, school districts, and behavioral health programs to supply qualified support staff for children and adults with special needs. The organisation works across Pennsylvania, placing professionals in schools, homes and community settings. Its technical work spans Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health services, educational staffing placement, early intervention and individualized treatment planning, with skill development in communication, social interaction and adaptive behaviors.

Its principal service, Educational Staffing Placement, connects schools with Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Instructional Assistants who implement individualized treatment plans. Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) provide ABA-based clinic services for children aged 3-5, integrated with early intervention and delivered in schools, homes and community settings. A Community Grants Program directs resources to the children, families and communities where CCRES employees work and live.
