Lifesteps is a nonprofit human services agency founded in 1923, offering child care, disability services, employment services and senior care across Western Pennsylvania.

Lifesteps is an independent, nonprofit human services agency founded in 1923. Originally established as the Crippled Children's Committee by Butler Rotarians, it has since grown into a multi-service organization operating from more than 64 locations across Western Pennsylvania, with its central office in Butler, Pennsylvania. It is a 501(c)(3) organisation, locally managed and governed by a community Board of Directors.

The agency provides programmes and services across several stages of life. These include child care; services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, aimed at helping them live to their fullest potential; employment services that assist individuals and families in achieving independent goals; and senior care. Its stated mission is to improve quality of life and support people with special needs.

Lifesteps serves seven counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Indiana and Washington, along with surrounding counties.
