UCP of Central Florida is a regional nonprofit serving children with and without disabilities across Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. Founded in 1955 as a parent-led programme for children with cerebral palsy, it has operated for more than 70 years and now serves over 3,500 children and families annually. The organisation works through an integrated Support, Education, and Therapy (SET) model, delivering individualised education, clinical therapy and family support within the same setting.

Its education arm runs eight inclusive charter-school campuses offering pre-kindergarten through postsecondary transition programming. Alongside these sit a clinical therapy network of more than 90 speech, physical and occupational therapy providers, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic, and targeted programmes including the Transitional Learning Academy, the BETA Teen Parent Connection and broader family and child support services. Disciplines span Applied Behavior Analysis, speech, physical and occupational therapy, inclusive and early childhood education, and postsecondary transition work.

UCP of Central Florida describes itself as mission-driven, with an explicit inclusive philosophy: environments in which every child can excel without limitations. The work is organised around individualised support and integrated service delivery, and the organisation maintains community roots stretching back to its parent-led origins in 1955.
