The Leadership School is a free public charter school serving North St. Louis County, Missouri, within the Normandy Schools Collaborative boundaries. Founded in 2019, it was St. Louis County's first public charter school. The school enrols approximately 150+ students across pre-kindergarten through 6th grade, with a student-teacher ratio of 19:1.

The school began with kindergarten through second grade and adds a grade each year, with the aim of becoming a full K-8 programme. Its stated purpose is to grow students' leadership capacity through an academically rigorous, culturally relevant and relationship-oriented environment. Instruction draws on FranklinCovey's Leader in Me curriculum, designed to help students set and achieve personal goals and have a positive effect on their communities.

Working conditions centre on small classes and personalised attention, with an emphasis on belonging alongside rigorous academic experiences. The school describes its approach as one that prepares students to take charge of their own learning.
