It delivers health, education and supportive services to children, adults, families and communities, reaching more than 26,000 residents a year through programmes in Greenwich, Stamford and Darien. The organisation employs roughly 300 professionals and works alongside more than 500 trained volunteers.

Its services span several integrated domains: early childhood education (the organisation holds NAEYC accreditation), adult education and literacy, primary medical and dental care, mental health services for children, adults and families, grief and trauma support, school-based health centres and family support. Care is provided through a coordinated network, allowing clients to move between programmes without repeated paperwork. Primary medical and dental services are open to all community members regardless of insurance or ability to pay, and many services are offered at no cost, funded through grants, donors and volunteers.
