Dyer Talent

Dyer Talent is a boutique executive search and talent strategy firm founded by Regina Dyer. It works with mission-driven organizations to identify, attract and retain leaders, approaching each search with what the firm describes as curiosity and care. Its stated guiding belief is that talent is everywhere and opportunity should be too.

The firm's work falls into three areas: Executive Search, covering purposeful searches for mission-aligned leaders in consequential hiring decisions; Talent Strategy, providing practical guidance on how organizations attract, assess and select talent; and Leadership Pipelines, a proactive approach to building relationships with prospective leaders ahead of future talent needs. Headcount is not disclosed.

Dyer Talent's client base is concentrated in education, nonprofit and social impact work, including early childhood education and educator development.
