News Revenue Hub is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation that helps news organisations build financial sustainability. Its work centres on a contribution management platform, the News Revenue Engine, which lets newsrooms manage contributions and reader revenue, alongside strategic consulting services covering membership programme development, crowdfunding initiatives and reader revenue strategy.

The organisation operates as a distributed team across the United States, with locations including San Diego, CA (headquarters), Lancaster, PA, Austin, TX and Santa Fe, NM. Staff have been recruited from organisations such as ProPublica, Texas Tribune, Slate and Hearst. It is founded and led by CEO Mary Walter-Brown, formerly publisher of Voice of San Diego.

News Revenue Hub reports that newsrooms working with it see 69% revenue growth on average in their first full year, and that nonprofit newsrooms have raised over $174 million with its help, without paywalls. The organisation serves news media, nonprofit journalism, digital publishing, local journalism and national news outlets.
